Female, Senior Engineer, Doctoral Supervisor. Received PhD degree from Beijing General Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals in 2010. Mainly engaged in the design, synthesis mechanism and key technology development of high-performance rare earth luminescent materials. General manager of Optical Functional Materials Division of Grirem Advanced Materials Co., LTD. Director of Chinese Society of rare earths and a member of Luminescence Professional Committee.

Principal of the Ministry of Science and Technology "rare earth new materials" national key research and development program, the National Natural Science Foundation, Strong industrial foundation project of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other nearly 10 national and provincial projects. Developed nitride red-emitting phosphors with new ingredients and high performanceof resistance, which are sold to Japan, South Korea and other countries. Developed fluoride phosphors with specific introduced elements on the surface, which enhanced the luminescence efficiency and resistance ability greatly. Invented a series of gallium -based and borate-based NIR phosphors, as well as tunable-luminescence behavior technology, which have been the first to achieve demonstration applications in the field of standard light source.

Published 26 academic articles and obtained 33 international invention patents in the past five years. As a result, awarded the first prizes of “China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award” twice, “Chinese Rare Earth Society Science and Technology Award” and “Silver Award of China Patent”. Awarded the "China Nonferrous Metals Society Outstanding Engineer Youth Award" in 2021.
