He graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology with a undergraduate degree in 2014. Afterwards, he received a doctor's degree in chemical engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2019. In the same year, he joined the team of academicians Huang Xiaowei from the Rare Earth National Engineering Research Center of Grirem to engage in postdoctoral research. After that, he officially joined Grirem as a senior engineer and master's supervisor in 2021.
He mainly studied the structural design, key preparation technology and industrialization of rare earth catalytic materials. He has been selected as the 7th young elite scientists sponsorship program by the China association for science and technology and young technology leaders by grinm advanced materials co., ltd. Moreover, he awarded the 2021 national "Rare" youth title by the China nonferrous metals society, a key member of the central enterprise excellent science and technology innovation team, and won the China nonferrous metals industry science and technology award. He also served as a member of the 7th rare earth catalysis professional committee of the China rare earth society, a member of the youth work committee of the China rare earth society, a letter evaluation expert of the national natural science foundation, a special commissioner for the selection of young people from the China association for science and technology, and a young editorial board member of the rare earth journal. He led 6 fund projects including the high quality development special project of the ministry of industry and information technology, the national key R&D plan sub project, the national natural science youth fund. He has published 21 SCI papers, 2 English book chapters, applied for 8 invention patents, and, 5 international PCT patents.
